Shipping Charges & Returns
We use GLS (Global Logistic Systems) and PostNL (Dutch Postal Services) for shipping, dependent on the shipping address, the amount of sweaters ordered and the point in time of your order.
All orders are sent with a Track & Tracing code and are registered.
Upon sending your order you will recieve the Tracking code by e-mail so you can follow your parcel on the websites of GLS or PostNL.
Order over € 150 (£125 / $200) will be shipped free of charge.
Orders under € 150 (£125 / $200) will be charged following shipping costs, depending on the destination of the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
Flaghoody only accepts products for return or exchange if the product does not have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags are as originally placed. The products will need to be returned and received by us within 14 days after the receipt of your order. You need to pay for the shipping for your return yourself. When the return is because of a faulty product, we will reimburse your shipping afterwards. (See the return form for instructions).
For returns please download our return form and send this form fully completed with your product back to us (please make a copy for your own administration).
Send your parcel with the invoice (or copy of the invoice) so we can check that you bought your Flaghoody with us.

After receipt of your parcel and return form we will investigate your return and after we accepted your complaint we will exchange the product or reimburse your purchase amount (excl.shipping) within 14 days after the receipt of your return.
We only accept products for exchange through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance since you will be responsible for lost parcels send to our return address.
